What does our online coaching include?
You will get access to monthly training and 24/7 communication to me both through the truecoach app.
Programming includes long term and well thought out training that lines up to meet your goals. This is not just throwing random exercises together in hope to become more athletic. Every rep, set, and exercise (and its progressions) are chosen for you to become the best you can. This programming will be tailored to your goals and individual situation – absolutely no cookie cutter programs.

Is this training just for athletes?
No. Online coaching can be for anyone that is dedicated to becoming a healthier, better version of themselves. This includes any age over 13, at any skill level, at any point in their life, for any goal.
What if I cannot afford personal one on one coaching?
I also offer training teams or non individualized program. It is much cheaper but it is not tailored to your specific goals. It is a good starting place or a great option for someone trying to level up on a budget
What do I need to get started?
While good training can be done with any situation you will need access to a gym that has the included equipment: squat rack, dumbbells, pullup bar, and kettlebells. The more machines and tools at your disposal the better but these are the bare minimums to ensure adequate training.
How much does it cost
One on One personalized programming is 120$ a month and basic programming is 65$ a month.
